Tomorrow’s National Candidate Bootcamp is your opportunity to get a full day’s worth of training in a collaborative workshop with fellow 2023 candidates. You don’t want to miss it – our next bootcamp isn’t until the fall!
You’ll be able to choose from two tracks depending on your immediate needs: Campaign Planning or Campaign Skills. This full-day bootcamp isn’t like our other virtual live trainings. It’s a full-day of interactive training, giving you a chance to learn from fellow candidates as well as the experts you’ve come to trust.

There are some obvious aspects to any campaign: stump speeches, finances, and having a vote goal in mind.
But one less obvious role that’s equally important is your local precinct chair.
This individual is the key to building relationships in precincts, or the smallest unit in any local election. Get the inside scoop on collaborating with your precinct chair, and get Democrats in your community excited about your campaigns!
Calculating Your Vote Goal Thursday, March 16 at 6pm ET
The linchpin to your campaign’s success is having the right amount of votes. Calculating that special number can seem daunting, but our expert trainer will show you the ropes.
Thursday’s training will go over the math behind vote goals, as well as how to use these numbers in conjunction with your overall campaign strategy.
How to Build and Use Your Campaign Plan Friday, March 17 at 1pm ET
Like the changing of the seasons, campaigns are made up of phases, with varying strategies required for each part.
Friday’s training will give you the tools needed to lay out a campaign plan, prepare for the various phases, and how all the many sections of a successful campaign (digital, fundraising, GOTV, etc.) fit together. ngible on-ramp to make these things a reality.

This month’s Women’s History Month edition of our NDTC Expert Q&A is focused on building out plans that will support your efforts, wherever you’re at in the cycle: Making Big Plans.
Our March virtual live trainings are centered around writing and implementing your campaign plans. This panel will supplement what you learn in those trainings with an opportunity to ask your questions directly, and hear from campaign veterans themselves.
