With less than four months to go until Nick’s primary election, we have four reasons why he’s the clear choice to be Washington’s next Attorney General:

1. With Trump as the presumptive GOP presidential nominee, we need an Attorney General who will fearlessly defend human rights and fundamental freedoms for all Washingtonians. Nick will be that advocate, just as he was when he stood up to Trump’s Muslim ban as Gov. Jay Inslee’s general counsel.

2. Nick is dedicated to reaching, educating, and mobilizing Washington voters in all 39 counties ahead of August 6th’s Primary Election Day. He is leading a values-centered, people-powered campaign.

3. Nick would be the first Black statewide executive branch elected official in Washington state, bringing forth a unique and needed perspective to our diverse state. 

4. Nick’s career of service speaks for itself. As a JAG Corps attorney in the U.S. Army, general counsel to Gov. Jay Inslee, and a U.S. Attorney for Western Washington appointed by President Biden, Nick is the most experienced candidate in this race.
