Spooky season is here, but that means nothing to Rep. Dan Newhouse because, truthfully, he’s been ghosting his constituents all year long.

While Newhouse ghosts, nearly 80,000 federal workers in Washington, many in red districts, are missing paychecks because he and his GOP allies are putting Trump’s agenda over Washington families.
Newhouse voted to cut food assistance programs for our children, seniors, and vulnerable families. He chose tax breaks for the top 0.1% over our healthcare, over our wellbeing, and over the people who elected him to office.
With the government shutdown threatening the livelihoods of so many Washingtonians, we cannot afford elected officials who vanish when the stakes are highest. We need leaders who show up, fight, and put Washingtonians first.
