Last month, Donald Trump endorsed John Braun in Washington’s Third Congressional District.

This month, the NRCC released a poll showing that Braun is supposedly up by 7 points in this race.

Let’s be clear: the NRCC (National Republican Congressional Committee) is a partisan Republican operation. Their polling is designed to shape headlines, discourage Democrats, and flood races like this one with even more dark money.

WA-03 is getting more blue, and we’re going to keep it that way.

John Braun spent years in Olympia siding with corporate special interests over Washington families. He opposed workers’ rights, stood in the way of affordable housing, and backed dangerous Republican budgets that would rip healthcare away from millions and devastate rural communities.

He isn’t running to represent Southwest Washington; he’s running to be a rubber stamp for Trump’s agenda.

And we already know what that agenda looks like: attacks on working families, threats to healthcare, and policies written for corporations and the ultra-wealthy.

Now, with Trump and the GOP’s backing, the floodgates are about to open. More dark money. More attack ads. More national Republicans trying to drag Washington backward.

This is one of the most competitive seats in the country. What we do right now will decide what happens in November. And with our end-of-month deadline FOUR DAYS, what we raise right now matters.
