Hi there,
This Friday, May 1, is International Workers’ Day. And across Washington and the country, people are coming together to take action.
After the momentum of the recent No Kings Day mobilizations, we’re building toward our next major moment: a collective day of action to show what real solidarity looks like.
That’s why we’re asking supporters to commit to a day of: No School. No Work. No Shopping. You in
This is a day to disrupt business as usual and stand with workers, families, and communities demanding dignity, fairness, and a government that puts people first.
Here in Washington and nationwide, people will be marching, rallying, walking out, and organizing to demand ICE out of our communities, put working families first, and protect and improve our democracy.
It’s about showing our collective power and making our voices impossible to ignore.
And if you can, show up. Join a local rally. Walk out. Stand alongside your community.
Because when we act together, we send a clear message: our voices matter, and we won’t be silenced.
In solidarity,

In 2024, Washington Democrats led the nation with sweeping electoral victories. Now, we’re fighting to elect a supermajority in Olympia, protect our swing seats in the House, and stand up to MAGA extremism across the country.
WA Dems empowers grassroots organizing and elects Democrats up and down the ballot. Your support fuels our fight to stop Trump and defend our democracy.
