Our safety is in our hands.

With the dangerous rise of political violence across the U.S., it’s clear that we need to take proactive steps to protect ourselves, our communities, and our future.

From MAGA extremists like Sheriff Bruce Zuchowski in Ohio, who is actively encouraging residents to “write down the names” of their neighbors with Kamala Harris yard signs, to the increasing number of threats and violent incidents targeting women, activists, and communities of color—it’s becoming clear that no one else will keep us safe. We must protect each other.

Women’s March is partnering with Nonviolent Peaceforce to offer a critical mass training on how we can protect ourselves, our communities, and each other.

Mark your calendars:

  • Part I: Tuesday, October 15th, 8:00 PM ET
  • Part II: Thursday, October 17th, 8:00 PM ET

This two-part training will equip you with essential skills:

  • Building Threat Assessments
  • Early Warning Early Response Mechanisms
  • Holistic Check-ins
  • Building Safety Teams

We can’t afford to wait for anyone else to protect us. The stakes are higher than ever, and it’s up to us to disrupt the violence threatening our communities and keep us safe.

Together, we will build a network of Women’s Protection Teams across the country, starting with YOU. Together, we will create safer spaces in our neighborhoods, workplaces, and schools—because we keep us safe.

Sign up now for the October 15th & 17th training to take our safety into our own hands.

– Team Women’s March

P.S. Forward this email to anyone you know who needs this training. The more of us that show up, the safer we all become!
