Earlier this week, Alliance Defending Freedom—the same Christian fundamentalist group behind the Mifepristone challenge—filed another anti-abortion lawsuit in Trump-appointed Judge Matthew Kacsmaryk’s court. They’ve used this playbook before: file in front of a judge who is a right-wing plant, get a favorable ruling, and send it up to the corrupt 5th Circuit. From there, it heads straight to the Supreme Court.
This is exactly why we march. We know their play. And we know this fight will continue into the next presidential administration.
We need a strong advocate in the White House who will defend our freedom to control our own bodies.
In defiance,
Women’s March
