This past weekend, thousands of people came out to protests across the country for International Women’s Day. We know that many different issues brought people out into the streets, but we heard one thing over and over: climate is top of mind for many. The climate crisis intersects with gender equality, racial justice, and economic justice— it is clear that defending our environment is also a fight for equity and human rights.
📅 When: Thursday, March 13 at 7pm ET
📍 Where: Online (RSVP for details)
We’ll learn from leaders on the frontlines who are tackling the climate crisis head-on, and explore concrete actions you can take to build resistance against oppressive policies that destroy our planet and our communities.
In resistance,
Women’s March
P.S. The fight ahead is tough, but don’t ever forget that we’re tougher. Let’s get to work.
