REACH Museum Celebrates Eight Years with a “Block” Party
It has been eight years since the REACH Museum opened its doors to visitors, located here in Richland, Washington. Since July of 2014, the REACH has become the premiere destination for out-of-town visitors and locals to learn our region’s natural history and Hanford history. The museum’s educational events bring together community organizations and educators to share our local heritage with visitors of all ages.
We would like to invite you to join us as we celebrate this local treasure on Sunday, July 24 from noon until 4:00 pm with a block party at the REACH. Visitors can explore the indoor and outdoor exhibits with a fun electronic scavenger hunt, play with giant blocks and games on the patio, enjoy free cupcakes through the afternoon (while supplies last!) and Kona shaved ice until 2:00 pm.
There’s a special discount for this special day: only $8 per adult or family (up to 2 adults & 4 children). REACH members enjoy free admission to this event and to visit the museum any other open day. Family memberships will be discounted 8% ($10 off) on this day as well.
