I’ve known Nick for years, and I sincerely mean it when I say there’s nobody more qualified than him to serve as Washington’s next Attorney General.

Our Attorney General must be prepared to defend our hard-won freedoms, and I know Nick has what it takes to stand up to far-right extremism. No matter what happens in the presidential election, the bigotry and sheer anti-democratic sentiment Trump has unleashed will not go away.

I’ve seen firsthand Nick’s work to safeguard Washingtonians’ human rights. We navigated the early years of the Trump administration together and fought back against Trump’s hateful and discriminatory Muslim ban. In the years since, I’ve seen him stand up for abortion access, common-sense gun safety, and so much more.

As Trump, Serrano, and far-right extremists threaten the very foundation of our democracy, we need a committed public servant to protect our fundamental freedoms — and that’s exactly what Nick will do.

Kendall, will you join me in supporting Nick for Attorney General? Right now, he’s up against his last end-of-quarter deadline before the election — his most important fundraising goal yet.
