No Kings, All Action: Join Us 10/16
Our full-length What To Expect When You Protest course just dropped, and we’re bringing in the experts for a virtual AMA on October 16th – giving you two days to prep before No Kings Day on the 18th.
As the Portland Frog has shown us, protest takes many forms. Street marches, creative disruption, amplifying voices – there’s no single way to resist. The key is that we all show up. Grab your crew, bring your questions, and join us to learn how you can take action. Whether it’s your first protest or your fiftieth, we’ll make sure you’re ready.
See you on the 16th. The streets are waiting.

What’s On Our Newsfeeds

Why this story matters:
Turns out, if Democrats show up in a historically red state, they can win. Mindy O’Neall, who was a learner with us back in 2020, flipped the GOP-leaning seat. This shocking discovery has sent political strategists scrambling for a new catchphrase, since “Alaska is unwinnable for Dems” is now officially a lie.

Why this story matters:
Allowing candidates to challenge their state’s mail-in rules – something Republicans, and Trump in particular, have long attacked – has huge implications for the 2026 mid-terms.

Why this story matters:
When a GOP Congress throws a budget tantrum, the immediate casualty isn’t just critical services, but also the Air and Space Museum. Because nothing says “responsible governing” like denying the public access to joy – and possibly sending thousands of federal workers home without pay.
