Not yet one full week of the new administration and many of us have already had more than enough.
If you’re still processing, and just not up yet for taking action, we get it. Please rest and get back on the horse when you’re good and ready. In the meantime, trust in the millions of Americans who refuse to obey in advance, or be distracted by unconstitutional Executive Orders and sheer incompetence flooding the zone.
However, if you’re ready to act, you’re definitely in the right place.
There are over 100,000 local races on the ballot in 2025, including key gubernatorial races, big city mayorships, and tens of thousands of school board races nationwide. The road to 2026, and beyond, goes through these local races.
Over a month we’ll cover a wide range of topics — everything from basic research on how to keep your campaign organized, to more complex topics like fundraising. Some tasks are quick and easy, others may take a bit more time. Every assignment is designed to be manageable amid full lives and precious spare time. Start any time, the challenge will run through the year.
As with everything we offer, NDTC’s 30-Day Challenge is free and open to anyone who wants to fight back and protect democracy.
