How We Win in November
From the desk of Bibek, Senior Digital Strategist
Tuesday was a good night. Across five states, NDTC learners racked up wins in the local races most people will never see a headline about: 76 in Missouri, 48 in Kansas, 37 in Michigan, 24 in Washington, and more still being counted. Every one of those wins represents hundreds of doors knocked, hundreds of calls made, and hundreds of people who decided they were done and going to take action.
As November hurtles towards us, the energy that put these names over the top is exactly what we need to win the general. At national scale and with higher stakes. The work ramps up from here.
If you are heading into a general with a lean team and a short calendar, our GOTV Bootcamp is built to turn that Tuesday energy into a turnout machine for the home stretch. Save your seat.

Why this story matters:
Amir Hassan lost a primary to a candidate, Thomas Smith, who dropped out. Somewhere a Republican strategist is explaining why the Trump-backed candidate didn’t just lose, but came in third against the non-existent opponent.
Why this story matters:
Officials say Trump’s foreign election meddling is so ham-handed that it now fuels suspicion wherever his diplomats travel. Subtlety was never going to be the strong suit of a man who wants to cover everything in gold.
Why this story matters:
North Carolina Governor Josh Stein says he will veto the GOP’s early voting cuts and election law changes. Dollars to donuts, the state party’s response will be its usual tantrum, trying to strip the Governor’s powers rather than win the argument.
