Christina Baal-Owens brings nearly two decades of experience in electoral and legislative campaigns, advocacy, government, and non-profit management. A social worker by trade who started her career in the labor and immigrants’ rights movements, she views social change work through the lens of the direct impact and accessibility of enacted policies on communities.
Joe Nguyen is a member of the Washington State Senate from the 34th district. He is a second-generation Vietnamese American and has been a thoughtful and innovative leader in his efforts to mitigate the climate crisis. His experiences and his involvement with the community makes him an ardent champion for investing in Washington families and residents, expanding economic opportunities, and marks him a bold leader in our fight against the climate crisis.
