One of the reasons we need to find strong candidates is that the best candidates often need a push to run for office. They’re going to need your expertise and support, so learn those things from an expert.
Recruiting Candidates for Political Office

After identifying a candidate, you need to effectively recruit them to run.
By using a persuasion framework that you’ll learn through this training, you’ll be ready to take someone from a “maybe” to putting their name on the ballot. Running for any office is a net positive experience, win or lose. So make sure you relay that and all the benefits of running to potential candidates!
