RSVP to join a MoveOn virtual phone bank to call voters this Thursday about electing Harris-Walz! 

Dear MoveOn member,

Election Day may be 43 days away, but voters are starting to cast their ballots now! On Friday, early voting began in Virginia, Minnesota, and South Dakota.¹ And in the coming weeks, more and more states will begin voting. 

If you’ve been thinking about getting involved to help send Vice President Kamala Harris and Governor Tim Walz to the White House, now is the time! It’s an all-hands-on-deck moment to reach as many voters as possible to talk with them about the stakes of this election and the importance of voting for the Harris-Walz ticket before they cast their vote!

Now through election day, MoveOn is hosting weekly phone banks every Thursday to contact key voters who will have a big impact on who will win the presidential election. These are voters who likely support Vice President Harris but don’t vote every year and probably need a little extra nudge to be motivated to turn out in November. By talking to these voters about the stakes of this election, we can make a huge impact in what is likely to be a very tight race.

Will you join MoveOn’s virtual phone bank this Thursday at 7 p.m. ET (6 CT/5 MT/4 PT) to call voters across the country? There will be a short training at the beginning of the call to review everything, and support will be available throughout the whole session.

Last Thursday, 60 MoveOn members joined the phone bank and collectively made 35,217 calls. The more people who join these phone banks, the more conversations we have, and the more people we talk to about voting for Harris-Walz and invite to volunteer with MoveOn to get out the vote. Just imagine how many calls we could make if we had 200 people sign up! Can you help us reach that goal?

This election is a choice between two futures. Donald Trump wants to take us back. His Project 2025 plan would strip away our freedoms and consolidate power for himself and the wealthy few. In fact, his plan outlines a path to ban abortion and contraception, eliminate the Affordable Care Act, gut public education, and set us back on progress to address climate change. It also lays out a plan to fire hundreds of civil servants and replace them with Trump loyalists who will let him do whatever he wants.

We can’t allow that to happen. Fortunately, we know what will stop Trump and Project 2025. Voters, turning out in massive numbers! This is why talking directly to voters about what’s at stake this election is so critical. We have a clear choice to make: electing Trump who will remove decades of progress and just look after himself, or Vice President Kamala Harris who will protect and expand our freedoms and fight for us.
