This decision sends the case back to lower courts, leaving our rights vulnerable and under continuous threat.In states like Idaho, extreme abortion bans have created severe access issues, forcing women, including rape victims needing critical care, to cross state lines.
As Washington continues to welcome an influx of out-of-state patients seeking abortions—increased by 50% since the Dobbs Decision—we stand firm in our commitment to protecting reproductive freedoms.
