As we near the end of another month on the campaign trail, I’m proud to announce that I’ve recently received several exciting endorsements. This includes labor unions like Machinists District 751 and the United Farm Workers Union, as well as Washington Conservation Action, a leading environmental advocacy group. I am honored they and their members across the state are joining our fight for the future of our district.
Additionally, we received our campaign literature! This means I can do my favorite part of campaigning: knocking on doors and connecting with the people of our district. It’s important to me to hear from community members on the issues they care most about so I can hit the ground running after we win in November! The 14th has historically had low turnout, but with our new, more representative district, I know we can change that. But I can’t do it alone. That is why I need your help! Join our growing list of volunteers and help us hit the doors. Sign up here to join our volunteer list!
The end of the month also signals our final fundraising deadline before candidate filing in early May. This is our last chance to showcase the work we’ve been doing in this early stage of our campaign through our fundraising numbers. If you’ve been waiting for a good time to make your contribution, this is certainly an excellent time to do so. Our Republican opponent is well-funded, but we have people power! Any gift you give will help ensure we have the resources to compete and win.
Please give meaningfully to flip the 14th!
I am running a true grassroots campaign, and any amount you can donate today will make a huge difference. As I’ve been hitting doors and attending community events, it’s become abundantly clear that this district is ready for a voice that truly reflects the needs of our diverse community. But it will take all of us to help achieve this.
Onward!
