March For Our Lives is working to end gun violence however we can — that includes judicial advocacy.

Earlier this year, we signed onto an amicus brief calling for SCOTUS to rule in favor of preserving the Biden-Harris Administration’s 2022 life-saving “ghost gun” rule, which closed a MASSIVE loophole in our gun laws. Now the court is hearing arguments in this critical case — TODAY.

We need to be ready for any outcome in this case. That means continuing to fight for gun safety in the courts, AND electing an administration that will hold the Supreme Court accountable to the people.

Chip in to support our gun safety movement before today’s Supreme Court arguments begin.

“Ghost guns” are unserialized, untraceable firearms that can easily be put together in minutes from parts acquired without a background check.

Starting today, it’s up to the Supreme Court to decide if ghost guns will continue to be regulated like the deadly firearms they really are. The alternative? Anyone can go online and buy a DIY kit to make their own gun, regardless of age, background check, or license.

A corrupt, conservative court having this much power over our lives is dangerous, especially when they are listening to their friends and wallets rather than the American people.

That’s why our gun safety movement is fighting on all fronts — we’re making our voices heard in this Supreme Court case, AND we’re working to elect Kamala Harris, who will support Supreme Court reform as our next president.

Grassroots donations fund every aspect of our work, so we’re asking for yours today. Please donate $5 or more to support March For Our Lives before today’s Supreme Court hearing.

Thank you for standing with us,

Under President Biden and Vice President Harris’ leadership, we secured one of our largest wins yet: The White House Office of Gun Violence Prevention (WHOGVP).

In its first year, the WHOGVP has already achieved a lot, including:

  • The Department of Justice issued the most comprehensive guide ever released on secure storage of firearms.
  • The Department of Education awarded more than $280 million to help hire and train school mental health professionals.
  • Provided $250 million in funding for community-based violence prevention initiatives.
  • Connected with local officials to identify survivor and victim needs after shootings and worked with federal agencies to provide resources to impacted communities.

We’re seeing MAJOR results from the WHOGVP, but we’re quickly approaching a point where progress could come to a complete halt.

It’s no exaggeration to say that Trump will dissolve the WHOGVP if he is elected.

Can you donate $5 today to support our election efforts as we do everything we can to stop Trump from standing in the way of life-or-death gun safety progress?

Trump has adamantly denied a gun problem in America even exists and shifts the blame for gun violence to mental illness, marijuana, and the transgender community — it’s disgusting

This is the very same man who told the Perry, Iowa community to “get over it,” and “move forward,” after a deadly school shooting where seven were injured and a sixth-grader and the school’s principal were killed.

We can’t and won’t “get over” this deadly epidemic. That’s exactly why we were the first national gun violence prevention group to call for the WHOGVP in 2019 and fought tirelessly for its creation ever since.

A Trump presidency WILL stop progress and drag us backward. Trump and his far-right cronies have shown that they aren’t afraid to erode our rights and put money from the NRA above kids’ lives.

Donate $5 or anything you can to help us get out the vote for the Harris-Walz gun safety champion ticket and prevent Trump from gaining power once again.

In solidarity,

March For Our Lives Action Fund
