Thank you all for helping out already and I am looking forward to tomorrow.
Just a few updates/business items:
We need everyone’s help. If you want to help, we are asking that you arrive between 12 and 12:30, there will not be food so make sure to eat before you come.
At 12 we will start assigning duties. We also want to be sure to make time for you all to be able to share your stories and ask your questions. We are hoping the weather holds!
There are a few things we need and I would love for you to throw them in your car if you have any of the following:
Tables, all sizes and shapes.
Weighted items/bricks – as we are expecting wind
Chairs if you want to sit outside
Canopy
Old/Used yard signs we can tape over – with the ground stakes
I am sure there are others, but we will make it work. Happy to answer questions if needed. Thanks in advance for your patience, it will have some bumps. Look forward to seeing you all.
Tomorrow order of the day:
- Want to help volunteer or have signed up to volunteer arrive at 12:00-12:30
- 1st Session will start to go in around 1:45, arrival 1:30
- 2nd Session will start to queue at 2:30
- Outdoor session will be ongoing
