Our September Call has been moved to October 1st!
Hello Indivisibles of the Red & Rural Caucus!
Important announcement! The September 24th Indivisible Red and Rural Caucus Call has been rescheduled for Wednesday, October 1st! Same time, same place, just different day!
This change was made to make sure that all of you have the opportunity to attend the No Kings Messaging, Media and Digital Engagement training happening that night. If you and your group are holding a No Kings event on October 18th, this is a training not to be missed! You can register for that here.
On October 1st, we are going to continue our journey on rediscovering our pride in Small Town America, by doing a deep dive conversation on how mutual aid, in particular for at risk communities, can truly benefit not just those who the aid is designed for, but our whole community as a result.
Then to honor Indigenous People’s Day coming up in October, we are going to talk about how we can build solidarity between our communities through mutual aid opportunities designed to honor our Indigenous brothers and sisters.
The reality that we are facing right now politically is that by October 1st we could very well find ourselves in a Government Shutdown. More than ever before, mutual aid is going to be critical in helping to protect our communities, our friends and loved ones. So we hope you will join us to learn how you and your own local group of activists can support one another through these uncertain times!
This is not a call to miss folks! Make sure to join our next Red and Rural Caucus Call on Wednesday, October 1st, at 8pm ET!
We hope to see all of you there!
