Dear Friend,

Does your primary ballot have a MAGA Republican candidate concealed on it?

Voting begins this week for thousands of races across Washington. Most candidates have vaguely worded voters’ pamphlet statements, making it difficult for voters to separate the progressive leaders from the conservative Democrats and MAGA Republicans. Here are just a few:

  • In the state Supreme Court race, a candidate who claims multiple PhDs supposedly earned in a year or less and another who has no law degree and previously ran for Congress as a Republican are both running as nonpartisans. Without reliable information, voters may not know Sal Mungia is the best qualified candidate in this race.
  • A conservative Democrat state Senator who voted against making big polluters pay for their harms, is challenging environmental champion Dave Upthegrove for Commissioner of Public Lands.
  • Other races — like for Governor — have over 20 candidates each, meaning most voters will face a multi-page ballot, creating further confusion and the likelihood they may skip important races.

We just released our Progressive Voters Guide that lays out the records of each of these candidates and explains the consequences for our freedoms if Republicans are victorious. Now we need your help to put the guide in the hands of the voters who will decide this election. Will you support our campaign to distribute the Progressive Voters Guide with a donation of $5?

Unlike our opponents, we’re not funded by big corporations or out-of-state billionaires. Instead, we rely on thousands of Washingtonians chipping in an average of $27 online to bring the guide to as many potential progressive voters as possible. Last presidential election we were able to reach 379,000 Washington voters with our recommendations, but without your help, voters could be left voting in the dark.

Will you help us promote the Progressive Voters Guide with a donation of $5?

Thanks for all that you do,
Damiana and the entire team at Fuse
