FIRST: North Carolina Republicans spent months filing baseless lawsuit after baseless lawsuit, attempting to overturn the results of the state’s Supreme Court race.

THEN: Democrats fought back. The DNC fought alongside Democrat Allison Riggs’ campaign and the North Carolina Democratic Party to help ensure every North Carolinian’s ballot counted.

NOW: We’ve won that fight. A federal judge recently ordered the certification of Justice Riggs’ election, and her Republican opponent finally conceded.
