At least two Supreme Court vacancies.
President Biden said recently he expects the winner of this presidential election will likely have the chance to fill not just one, but two Supreme Court vacancies in the next term.
Think about that.
The outcome of this election could either lock in an even more right-wing Supreme Court for a generation… or it can flip.
But flipping the court will require a Democratic president AND a Democratic Senate.
And there is one organization best positioned to move the resources where they are needed, when they are needed, to get it done: The Democratic National Committee.
Think about all of the decisions this court has been responsible for: overturning Roe, environmental progress, gun safety laws, Trump’s immunity, and more.
Now think about it moving further to the right. We can’t let that happen.
