Earlier this week, we announced an initial $1.5 million investment into the Virginia Democratic Coordinated Campaign to win up and down the ballot this November and next.

This is one of the largest and earliest initial investments the DNC has ever made to the Virginia Democratic Coordinated Campaign in an off-year election cycle.

Specifically, this investment will:

  • Help the Virginia coordinated campaign to continue to hire organizers and other key staff in order to talk to voters early and often.
  • Fund early persuasion programs to ensure that voters know the stakes of these elections and the differences between the candidates.
  • Test new tactics and tools to ensure our message is resonating with voters across the commonwealth.
  • Expand our reach to key constituencies that we lost ground with in the November 2024 elections — such as Black, Latino, and AANHPI voters.

Thousands of grassroots supporters just like you made this investment possible with their contributions, and today we’re going to ask you to join them by making a $10 contribution to support our organizing efforts in Virginia and beyond.

Republicans know that they will need to fight hard to win these races. Their gubernatorial candidate in Virginia already announced a seven-figure advertising plan to target Virginia voters — and it’s clear that Republicans will spare no expense when it comes to keeping Virginia in Republican hands. They aren’t backing down, but neither are we.
