A Message from the DNC National Training Team
Hello Democrats,
Thanks to your hard work, Democrats won BIG in key elections across the country last month. We won statewide races and ballot measures in Virginia, New Jersey, Pennsylvania, California, and Maine, and secured key positions in local offices across the country. Thank you to everyone who has made phone calls, knocked on doors, and helped us get out the vote in any way this year.
As 2025 comes to a close, there are still many training opportunities hosted by the DNC and partner organizations to help you prepare for paid positions and volunteer opportunities for the 2026 Election.
Recap: DNC Campaign Readiness Voter Protection Bootcamp 🗳️
Last month, the DNC National Training Team hosted the first DNC Campaign Readiness Bootcamp of the cycle for political talent interested in voter protection jobs and opportunities for the 2026 Election. We had over 459 participants join us remotely for this training opportunity. Thank you to those who joined us for this event! The right to vote is a sacred and cherished idea — an essential part of our democracy. That’s why Democrats across the country are uniting to uphold democracy and protect every American’s fundamental right to vote. But we can’t do it alone. Join the Democratic National Committee and Latino Victory Fund for the informational session Know Your Rights to Vote to learn about your voting rights at the polls and how the Democrats are actively working to safeguard elections. There are critical elections this December, from Nashville to Miami.

Path to Victory – Chicago
What: Are you an aspiring candidate for public office, a campaign staffer, or a community leader in Illinois ready to take action and build a stronger, more representative democracy? The Latino Victory Project, in partnership with NDTC, Unidos US, and the Illinois Democratic Party, is hosting a statewide training to help candidates become prepared, confident, and empowered to run winning campaigns in Illinois. Over the course of two days, participants will learn how to develop effective fundraising, field, and communications plans, guided by experienced political strategists from across the country.
