Hello Democrats,
I am thrilled to announce that I have returned to the DNC family as National Training Director! There is so much work to be done and I am eager to be back in this fight with you all. Stay tuned for updates, new programming, and future training opportunities.
In other exciting news, the DNC is launching our new organizing program, a bold new initiative to harness grassroots energy, call out Republican extremism, and build lasting power in communities across the country.
Alongside this launch, we’re hosting an Organizing Briefing on April 30 at 8 p.m. ET, centered around the destructive first 100 days of the Trump administration, and we’d love for you to join. During the call, hear from DNC leadership about:
- How the DNC is holding Trump and the GOP accountable
- The Organizing Principles guiding our work
- How YOU can be an effective organizer and hold Republicans accountable yourself

DNC Victory Vault
The DNC Victory Vault contains on-demand training resources — tailored toward volunteers, community organizers, activists, and campaigns — covering a variety of grassroots organizing skills. The DNC Victory Vault continues to grow, with new additions added periodically as resources become available. New members are added each Wednesday, and you must use a Gmail account to register in order to access the Victory Vault Google Drive folder. Check out our Victory Vault instructions if you have trouble accessing the DNC Victory Vault once you receive your email invitation.
The DNC Victory Vault resources are meant for educational purposes only. DNC Victory Vault materials are not downloadable or shareable. Any individual interested in viewing the DNC Victory Vault resources must complete the application in order to request access. The DNC National Training Department delivers training to operatives in the field, activists and volunteers, state party leaders and staff, students and youth organizers, candidates and campaign staff, constituency caucus members and community leaders, and so many more!
Training topics range from field organizing to digital mobilization, data to finance, communications to compliance, and leadership development to movement building, just to name a few.
Through this vast expansion of training programs, the new DNC National Training Department is building and strengthening the Democratic Party infrastructure to ensure success for years to come!
