Candidates and committees: Know your reporting deadlines for the 2025 primary
Candidates and committees participating in the upcoming 2025 primary election should ensure that they follow the correct contribution and expenditure (C-3 and C-4) reporting schedule.
Starting June 1, candidates and committees participating in the primary and/or general election for that year must file C-3s for deposits to their bank account during the previous week no later than the following Monday.
Some expenditure reports leading up to the election are mandatory for all full-reporting candidates and committees, and are due regardless of campaign activity. These reports are due in place of monthly C-4 reports due through May. May C-4 reports are due by June 10.
Full-reporting candidates and committees participating in a special, primary and/or general election are required to file 21-day and 7-day pre-election reports, and a post-election report on the 10th of the month following the election regardless of campaign activity. Mini-reporting committees are not required to file these reports. See the Key Reporting Dates section on the PDC website for more information.
