THE FIELD REPORT
Issue #1 | 2024

Hi,
We’re proud to share with you the very first edition of the Alliance`s Field Report—a quarterly reflection on our journey and behind-the-scenes work of the Alliance team and our fight to eliminate the harms caused by gun violence.
In the past few months, we’ve been on the ground, working with communities, elected officials, and advocates to advance lifesaving gun safety policies. From passing lifesaving bills to mobilizing voters, the Alliance has been at the forefront, driving change where it’s needed most.
As we look to the 2024 election and the upcoming legislative session, our work continues. This Field Report will give you a deeper dive into the progress we’ve made and what we’re gearing up for next. The road ahead is challenging, but with your support, we’re more determined than ever to create a safer future for all.
Thank you for standing with us in this critical fight.
2024 ENDORSEMENTS

As we approach the 2024 election, we are proud to endorse candidates who are committed to taking bold action to end gun violence. In Washington State, we’ve identified leaders who have demonstrated unwavering dedication to protecting our communities through common-sense gun safety legislation. Their leadership is crucial as we continue the fight at the state level.
At the national level, our endorsement of Kamala Harris for president, reflects the urgent need for a leader who prioritizes gun safety and will stand against the powerful gun lobby.
We’re backing candidates who have proven records of advocating for reforms that save lives.
These endorsements are not just a vote of confidence—they are a call to action. With the right leaders in office, we can push forward policies that will make our schools, neighborhoods, and public spaces safer for all.
