HB 2320 just cleared its first major hurdle.
Now let’s get it to the finish line.
The House Civil Rights & Judiciary Committee just voted to move HB 2320 out of executive session! This is a massive step forward in our fight to regulate untraceable, 3D-printed firearms and hold manufacturers accountable.
But the work isn’t done yet. For this bill to become law, it needs to be pulled to the House floor for a full vote. The gun lobby is already working overtime to stall this progress and we need to make sure our representatives hear from us louder than they hear from them.
