We’re still waiting.
HB 1163 (Permit to Purchase) and SB 5098 (Sensitive Places) cleared committee with strong support. They’re ready. But they still haven’t been brought to the floor for a vote – and time is running out to get them passed this session.
This delay isn’t just frustrating – it’s dangerous. These are commonsense, evidence-based bills. They should be a priority. Tell House and Senate Democrats: Don’t let these lifesaving policies die on the calendar. Bring HB 1163 and SB 5098 to a floor vote.
Thanks for staying in the fight,
