If just one more member of Congress signs on, we can force a vote in the House on pivotal legislation that would protect millions of people from President Trump’s mass detention and deportation agenda.

The Dream and Promise Act is a bipartisan bill that creates a path to citizenship and legal protections from deportation for people who are part of our communities – our neighbors and loved ones who came to the U.S. as children, or who fled crisis at home to rebuild their lives here. If enacted, it would protect more than 4 million people from the Trump administration’s deportation force, helping keep families together and bringing more stability to our communities.

Thanks to your advocacy, we have 217 of the 218 signatures we need to bring this bill to a floor vote in the House – so we just need one more Congressmember’s support to make major progress in our work to defend our families and neighbors from ICE’s cruelty.

Stephen Miller and President Trump have moved to strip millions of people of legal status, including beneficiaries of Temporary Protected Status (TPS) and Dreamers.

The Dream and Promise Act would bring needed stability – allowing residents to pursue citizenship and protecting them from deportation. It’s a lifeline for families who have lived and worked here for decades and who are now being targeted by the Trump administration’s anti-immigrant crusades.
