  • Attempting to erase transgender people in the eyes of the federal law and ban gender-affirming care
  • Arresting international students and scholars for speaking freely
  • Providing DOGE, the so-called Department of Government Efficiency, with unfettered access to people’s private data
  • Bullying and coercing states – using federal funding as a bargaining chip – that don’t comply with his agenda
