We’re facing an unprecedented power grab – and our communities are paying the price.
As President Donald Trump exceeds the limits of his office’s powers, it’s our rights that are on the line. It’s our schools that will suffer from funding cuts. Our immigrant neighbors and family members who are being targeted and punished. Our trans communities who will suffer without needed lifesaving medical care.
The First Amendment protects our right to speak, protest, publish, learn, and dissent – without fear of punishment from the government. Free speech belongs to the people. And we will not be silenced.
We can’t wait while our rights are stripped away. On April 5, we’re showing up in hundreds of cities nationwide for the largest single-day protest since Trump’s inauguration.
