WA Institute for a Democratic Future – September 24, 2026

Applications Now Open for Class of 2027!

Ok, if you haven’t already sent the WAIDF Class of 2027 application link to at least 12 of your amazing friends who you know are just as big of a political nerd as you, or at least you’ve clocked their interest in public service, campaigns, or advocacy, well, you’re in luck — here’s another reminder!

We know you know them, and they just need a little politico-birdie in their ear telling them they are a perfect fit and ready to take their leadership and passions to the next level.

We’re hosting six in-person and one virtual recruitment event starting next week:

• Tacoma: Wednesday, September 30
• Marysville: Thursday, October 8
• Spokane: Thursday, October 8
• Bellingham: Wednesday, October 14
• Seattle: Thursday, October 15
• Olympia: Wednesday, October 21
• Virtual: Monday, October 26

Alumni and friends of WAIDF are encouraged to join us at these events!

Learn more here or go directly to the application here.

Early-bird pricing is $50 if applications are received by Tuesday, November 10, and $75 if applications are received by Tuesday, November 17, 2026.
