Starting today, Washington voters can make their voices heard by casting their ballots.

When it comes to Initiative 638, we need to make sure they know what is at stake.

Our new ad, “Inspection,” shows the disturbing reality of a world where Initiative 638 passes: girls waiting anxiously to undergo invasive sex inspections just to play school sports.

If I-638 passes, girls could be subjected to medically unnecessary examinations, including genital exams, genetic testing, or hormone tests—even at the elementary school level.

Over 100 Washington doctors, nurses, and other medical professionals have already come out and warned about the potential harms of these requirements.

This initiative, bankrolled by MAGA mega-donor Brian Heywood, puts Washington girls at risk in the name of targeting a small number of transgender athletes.
