On Thursday, October 8, women are rising up across the country for a day of rage against rape.
We are rising up because we are sick of it all. Sick of the shame. Sick of the cover-ups. Sick of the injustice. Sick of the ol’ boys club. From the classroom to the courtroom, women face relentless violence. On Thursday, they will feel our wrath.
We need to turn out and turn up for Cornell’s Jane Doe. For LSU’s Kendall Francis. For every survivor of rape. We must create a wave of rage that they cannot ignore.
