Hi, we’ve had a busy month here at No Hate in WA State ⬇️
Last month, we kicked off our general election campaign with a bang. Hundreds of supporters and friends showed up to our kickoff to make it clear that these harmful, bigoted ballot measures have no place in our state.
We had rousing speeches from Congresswoman Pramila Jayapal, Executive Director Girmay Zahilay, Councilmember Dionne Foster, and community leader Jaelynn Scott. The talented Northwest Girlchoir and STANCE choral delivered amazing performances that we all enjoyed.
It was a wonderful evening that gave us the jolt of energy and optimism we needed for the months ahead.
Team No Hate in WA State showed up with big smiles to stand with and support our LGBTQ+ communities at Pride parades and celebrations across our state!
Although Pride month may be over, we know the work to protect our trans youth continues. This Saturday, July 11th, in Olympia, we’re super excited to host No Hate! Festival, a one-day-only festival with live music, dancing, local artists, and great food.

The way we are going to defeat IL26-001 and IL26-638 this November is by connecting and engaging with as many Washington voters as we can.
