WA-03 is one of 16 toss-up House seats in the US, and one of 13 held by a Democrat in a district Trump carried. That means the margin for victory will be razor-thin.
But the outcome here could decide whether Republicans keep total control of Congress and hand Trump a blank check, OR we flip the House and put real checks on partisan attacks, extremist legislation, and abuses of power.

WA-03’s Democratic Congresswoman Marie Gluesenkamp Perez has already done what the pundits said was impossible: winning twice in a district that hadn’t elected a Democrat in over a decade. But this race will be tougher than ever.
Republicans have recruited their State Senate Minority Leader, John Braun, to run. He’s a well-funded, well-known candidate they believe can claw back moderate voters and turn WA-03 red. To put it bluntly, he’s a career politician and full-blown swamp creature who’s spent years making Olympia work for Big Pharma, corporate special interests, and his deep-pocketed donors, not working folks.
With national GOP groups pouring money into the district, this will be one of the most expensive and closely watched House races in the nation.
