Our grassroots support and momentum continue to grow as we work to defeat I-2117.
A recent poll from Northwest Progressive Institute shows all of Brian Heywood’s deceptive initiatives are polling under 50 percent. When asked about I-2117, 50 percent of voters say they will vote no, compared to 34 percent who would vote yes.
We just wrapped up our first Weekend of Action! Volunteers reached over 17,000 voters at their doors and thousands more at events around the state, ranging from farmers markets to fairs, musical festivals and more. We scheduled over 300 volunteer shifts. Volunteers have talked to voters in 37 cities to date and tabled 40+ events in the past month alone.

Meanwhile, the Washington Supreme Court rejected a lawsuit filed by multimillionaires behind 2117 to remove from the ballot I-2117’s Public Investment Impact Disclosure, which lays out the devastating impacts I-2117 would have on our communities. This is a big win for our statewide movement to defeat I-2117! As a reminder, our PIID will read:
