Join us in the Sunfair Parade!
Walk with your fellow Democrats on Saturday, September 21, 2024. Wave a flag, carry a sign, hand out candidate flyers and voter information. Be part of the growing Democratic presence in Yakima County! Bring the whole family. Put those little ones in strollers or wagons.
Parade route is down Yakima Ave from 16th Ave to Naches Ave beginning at 10 a.m. However, staging and line up is earlier.

Join us in the Booth at the Central WA State Fair
The booth will be stocked with all varieties of campaign materials, information about voting and how to become involved with Yakima Dems, and election swag for sale. NO EXPERIENCE REQUIRED! Those who sign up will receive more information, closer to Sept. 20, via email (where to park, where to enter, overview of materials in the booth, what to bring with you, etc.). Holy moly do we have an event brewing!
Jay Inslee, Mike Pellicciotti, Maria Beltran, Patty Kuderer, Ana Ruiz Kennedy, Susan Soto Palmer AND DAVE UPTHEGROVE! The recount is complete, and Dave will be on the general election ballot. He will join this spectacular lineup of speakers to talk about his exciting race to be the next WA State Commissioner of Public Lands.
Plus, the list of silent auction items has really grown! Bid on a condo in Maui, William O. Douglas cabin visit, half-case of French wine, barn quilt, collectibles . . . Too much to mention here so a couple sneak peek emails are coming your way.
