Training Announcements 📢

NextWave Western Regional Bootcamp: Phoenix, AZ 🌵
The DNC is seeking campaign professionals in the West to participate in the NextWave Western Regional Bootcamp in Phoenix, Arizona, May 7 – May 9.
This three-day, in-person intensive training program prepares the next generation of campaign and state party professionals for the 2026 cycle and beyond. This program gives participants specialized training based on their campaign experience level, and connects them with other campaign talent and professionals in their region.
This program is FREE to attend, and will provide NextWave graduates with invaluable professional development opportunities both during and after the program.
Participants will be placed in one of two tracks based on their experience with professional campaign work:
Campaigns 101: for current or aspiring field organizers, fellows, and campaign associates with less than two cycles of experience who are looking to strengthen their skills and get exposure to new aspects of campaign and state party work. No previous experience with campaign work is required!
Management Track: for mid-level and senior campaign and state party professionals who understand the technical aspects of campaign work but are looking to expand their skills as managers and leaders in the Democratic ecosystem.
Learn More and Apply to the DNC NextWave Western Regional Bootcamp Here. Spots for the program are limited. Applications will be considered on a rolling basis, and early applications are encouraged. The application will be open until Tuesday, April 14, at 11:59 p.m. ET.
