It’s True! We Train, You Win
Tuesday was awesome! The big headlines were Spanberger, Sherrill, and Mamdani. But we’re cherishing other headlines.
From Mississippi to Pennsylvania, NDTC’s learners made history. 20 percent of the State Delegates keeping Virginia blue are NDTC learners. Theresa Gillespie Isom flipped a Republican seat in North Mississippi, breaking the GOP’s supermajority for the first time in 13 years. Jayden Williams became the youngest elected mayor of Stockbridge, GA. Erica Deuso will serve as Pennsylvania’s first trans mayor after her win in Downingtown.
In total, we count 950 winners out of 1400+ NDTC learners in this cycle, including 28 mayors, 180+ city council members, and 110+ school board members.
