Hey Everyone:
Attached is the map for pride. We are vendor #62. The map gives us our approximate location but we won’t have the final location until we check in tomorrow morning. Check in is at 8am and we have until 9:45 to have our booth setup. The event starts at 10am. Ana and I will be there around 8am to check in and start to unload the booth materials we have. I’ll be at the booth around 5:30 for takedown and packup of booth materials.
Candidates, if you have any banners, please bring them and we will try to put them on the booth. Please bring any volunteer/donation forms and any lit and/or yard signs.
