Emerge made a huge impact last week during the historic Democratic National Convention in Chicago! We’re so grateful for your ongoing support, and our strong showing at the DNC was only possible because of supporters like you. ❤️

Here are some highlights from the Democratic National Convention:

  • We hosted Live Talks at The Power Lounge! From Lynda Carter, the original actress who played Wonder Woman, to Congresswomen Becca Balint, Jasmine Crockett, Lucy McBath, Ayanna Pressley, and Lauren Underwood to Professor Anita Hill, the Live Talks provided enlightening insight into the importance of this historic moment and the need for Democratic women leadership up and down the ballot.
  • We packed the house with our Convention Events! Emerge events included our Trailblazing Women of Labor Luncheon, a co-hosted influencer dinner for creators with FEMINIST, an Emerge After Dark late-night celebration, and more. We joined together to celebrate our Emerge women and welcome new folks from all over the country into our network. We packed these events with record numbers!
  • We had our Step Forward Training Program! We provided space for women to consider whether running for office is for them. It’s Emerge doing what we do best – train women to run for office, and win!
  • We had our Mirror Installations! Emerge has been all over the Democratic National Convention, and the writing is on the mirror: leadership looks good on YOU!
  • We were on the main convention stage! Emerge alums, including Secretary Deb Haaland, Congresswoman Lucy McBath, MI State Sen. Mallory McMorrow, and many more, were featured speakers at the Democratic National Convention.Now, it’s time for us to get to work to ensure we have the resources to recruit and train Democratic women to win in this election and beyond! But this is all possible only because of your generous support.
