Why November 2nd?
November 2nd is the day when thousands of feminists will converge in Washington, D.C. and march to the White House, in a final push to excite and motivate women across the Nation to get out the vote on Election Day. This pre-election pep rally and march is part of a broader, nationwide effort to Get Out the Vote—because this November, women will win the White House.
Event Schedule
- 3:00 PM – Gather at Freedom Plaza to meet other feminists from across the US and learn about national and local efforts.
- 4:00 PM – The Rally & March kicks off.
- 6:00 PM – Rally concludes at the White House.
Expect live music, inspiring speeches from our special guest speakers, and opportunities to connect with fellow activists and advocacy organizations. Stay tuned for our speaker announcement next week!
How to Volunteer
If you’re interested in volunteering or helping behind the scenes at the march, we need you! Volunteers are the backbone of this event. Fill out our form to join the team, whether you’re local to the D.C. area or traveling from afar.
Travel and Accommodations
Getting to D.C.
- By Bus: Hop on a Rally Bus to Washington, D.C.! Rally is a rideshare platform that connects communities traveling to the event. Find a bus near you or organize one with your group. Book a Rally Bus Seat.
- By Car: Organize or join a Caravan to D.C. with fellow feminists! Let’s hit the road together. Join a Caravan.
- By Train: Union Station in D.C. is the central hub for Amtrak, MARC, and VRE trains, and connects you to Metro services.
- By Air: The city is served by Reagan National (DCA), Dulles (IAD), and Baltimore-Washington (BWI) airports.

What to Expect
There will be tabling from partner and community organizations, including groups advocating for reproductive rights, climate justice, racial equality, and more. Activations throughout the march will allow you to engage with key issues, GOTV, sign petitions, get resources, and find your political home.
Expect road closures around Freedom Plaza and the White House area. Public transit is highly recommended—Metro Center and Federal Triangle stations are within walking distance of the event. If you’re driving, plan to park outside the immediate event area and use public transport.
