Hi, it’s Michigan Governor Gretchen Whitmer.

Tough elections call for tough people, and right now, we need strong leaders across the country to move us forward. We need leaders with grit and resilience to stand strong in the face of monumental challenges. We need leaders like Joe Biden and Kamala Harris.

I know what it’s like to go toe-to-toe with Donald Trump. You have to have what it takes to fight back against his attacks, while at the same time reaching and mobilizing millions of voters. President Biden has done it before, and he has the grit, resilience, and wit to do it again.

But the only way Joe and Kamala can defeat Trump and defend the White House is with the support of grassroots folks like you. Will you make a $25 donation to the Biden-Harris reelection campaign before tomorrow’s FEC deadline?

I have watched Donald Trump divide our country, refuse to denounce white supremacists on a national debate stage, and launch cruel attacks against female leaders like Vice President Harris and myself. He’s obsessed with the past, and he wants to drag us back there with him.

Sitting on the sidelines in this election is simply not an option, Kendall. We can’t let Trump retake the White House, destroy our hard-fought progress, and rip away our fundamental freedoms. President Biden knows how to keep moving this country forward, but truthfully, he can’t do it alone.

We’re in the battle for the soul of our nation, and I’m asking everyone on this team to give it their all to save it. Will you chip in $25 for the first time to reelect Joe and Kamala and defeat Trump? Their deadline is tomorrow at midnight.
