Thank you to everyone who joined tonight’s 16th LD meeting. Next meeting will be Thursday, May 28th at 5:30 via zoom. See zoom info below. The following was discussed this evening:
Party Infrastructure Updates
— Received party grant for $1000 that we will use on social media message testing in lieu of polling.
— Figured out website situation. Group in the room blessed the idea of Jeff spending approximately $250 of his own money to buy a domain and put together a Squarespace site to replace our very outdated current site.
— Found bylaws. Jeff to work with Ken and Karen Buxton to update the bylaws to an editable form and bring back to the party for its blessing as the current and actual bylaws.

General discussion of local GOP confusion tactics.
— Kennewick classroom flag situation
— Pasco school bathroom situation
Other Updates
— Friends from the Benton County Dems picnic Friday, June 5th, 4:00 at Leslie Groves Park
— 16th LD delegation working on resolutions and platform for state convention. Need to be in by end of May
